Water Resources Department (WRD), Rajasthan has been awarded by Central Board of Irrigation and Management (CBIP) on 19.02.2020 in New Delhi. Sh Naveen Mahajan, Secretary, WRD, Rajasthan received awards from Sh Ratan Lal Kataria, Minister of State, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Govt of India and Sh RK Jain, Chairman, Central Water Commission, New Delhi in two categories viz. “Excellence in Integrated Water Resources management in Indira Gandhi Canal Project” and “For Effective Participatory Irrigation Management for Involvement of Farmers in Irrigation Management”.
